This book explains each of those seven selves and how we can get rid of baggage in each one of those areas to become a much lighter, healthier and better you!

I was unsure about this book when I first received it but after just reading the first few pages of it, I have come to love this book. You think how can a book help with just seven steps but once you start reading it, it becomes crystal clear on how it is possible without it being too boring or losing interest while reading it. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs help losing their baggage or just something to help them to be a better person!
