The Whole Coconut Cookbook is showing you everything you can do with coconuts. It shows you which parts of a coconut can be beneficial to a person and where to use them on yourself and in recipes. The recipe section of the book has items like pancakes, curry's, salads, ice cream and even spiced hot chocolate, all made with coconut. If you want to know more about the healthy benefits of coconut or just want more recipes ideas that include coconut, then this is the book for you!!
I thoroughly liked looking at this book but felt it lacked in pictures but overall it was a pretty good book that made you hungry for coconuts. It was pretty cool that Nathalie gave a pretty detailed explanation of which part of the coconut does for you and what you can do with it. I experimented with coconut oil last summer and can tell you that it does work and it brings a whole new flavor to your food, it even worked on the dogs!! I do believe this book will do good and hopefully we can see more books about this wonderful, amazing thing we call coconuts!!
